9 modern and fully equipped villas (built in 2015) are waiting for you in Costa Adeje, a perfect place to enjoy the sun, relax and all the fun offered by the most touristic area of the island of Tenerife - Playa de las Americas.
We are just in 20 minutes walk from the most appreciated beaches such as Playa Fañabe and Playa del Duque. ¨Gran Sur¨, a shopping center with its shops, restaurants and a big supermarket is just next to the villas.
The private garden and pool of each villa will guarantee your privacy at all times. You will be able to take advantage of your own BBQ.
The villa itself is a 3 floor building and offers a comfort stay for up to 6 persons, though its maximum capacity is 8 persons (additional charges may be applied).
Each villa consists of a a spacious living room, luminous kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms (plus 1 additional bedroom for larger groups), 2 separate bathrooms, 2 toilets and a garage.
The guests can count on everything they might need during their stay: fully equipped kitchen, toiletries and towels, bed sheets, a washing machine, ironing facilities, sun-beds and other garden furniture, free Wi-Fi etc. A weekly change of bed linen and towels is also included in the price.
Besides a private garage for two cars in each villa, there is a free parking right next to the complex.
We are dog-friendly if you want to bring your best friend with you (please, let us know in advance)
We will be happy to offer you any other extra service you might need to feel comfortable and like at home: breakfast at your villa, to heat the pool, air conditioner in the main bedroom, transfers, etc.
